Who may use Glass Bead

You must be at least 13 years old, or at least 16 where European law requires that age for independent consent. You must be able to enter this agreement where you live.

Your account and permanent pen-name

Keep your credential secure and provide accurate account information. Your chosen pen-name is your public identity and is permanent. Do not choose your legal name unless you intend it to be public. Retiring an account can prevent future participation, but it does not rewrite dialogue history or retract public material that others may have copied, bookmarked, printed, or indexed.

Dialogue and content

You keep rights you already hold in material you submit. You give Glass Bead a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, render, and deliver that material as needed to operate the visibility and sharing choices you make. Submit only material you may lawfully use, and preserve required attribution and source information.

Public dialogues are deliberately discoverable and shareable. Unlisted and private dialogues remain subject to their product read boundaries, but no online system can promise absolute secrecy. Administrative hiding is a safety action, not a promise that already copied public material can be recalled.

Conduct and suspension

Do not misuse the service, evade access controls or rate limits, interfere with other people, impersonate them, publish unlawful material, or attempt to expose private dialogue or account information. Glass Bead may suspend an account to protect people, the archive, or the service, and may remove or hide material where reasonably necessary.

AI voices and training consent

AI output may be incomplete, mistaken, or unexpected and is not professional advice. AI labels identify model-authored moves; they do not make the model a person or a party to this agreement. Human-created moves are currently marked as not consented for model training, and Glass Bead does not use them to train models without a separate explicit consent choice. Playing with an AI voice still requires sending bounded dialogue context to the configured model provider so it can answer that dialogue.

Service availability

Glass Bead is provided as available and may change, pause, or end. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every dialogue, source, model response, or archive integration will remain available. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Questions and changes

Questions may be sent through the operator's public contact profile. Material changes will appear here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means the revised terms govern future use.
